Your watch comes with a 90-day warranty against any manufacturer’s defects. If there is a problem with your watch, simply contact Muvmnt using the form on the Contact Page and our customer service team will promptly resolve the issue for you.

Your muvmnt watch is water resistant.  Emphasis on RESISTANT.  It can take a nice splash, quick rain shower and even some thorough hand washing. While it has been tested successfully for activities like surfing and wakeboarding, extreme water board sports are not recommended and excessive water damage is not covered under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

Excessive water damage
Scratches
Broken bands
Broken clasps
Any physical damage to the watch

Muvmnt Watches are quality checked, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. If there’s a problem with your watch upon arrival, Contact Us as soon as possible and we will get a new watch out to you.
